Assistant Manager Administration

General Administration, facility management, Travel management ,Contract management and field coordination, Vendor management. Compliance with banks policies & procedures relating to above activities. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Hold a Bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA will be preferable. Have a minimum of 06 years experience of working in General Administration facility management, Travel management ,Contract management, and field coordination.

Essential Skills :

Proficient in MS Office Strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Sound communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills :

Skilled in Vendor Management, administrative services and coordination. The Candidate should have affective interpersonal and communication skills Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for department.
