- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the development of effective solutions that meet business needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Support testing, training, and implementation of new systems or processes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
