Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders.
Design and optimize business processes and workflows.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
Oversee governance of business analysis standards and methodologies.
Represent the business analysis function in high-level decision-making forums.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Business Analyst - MMBL?

Master s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business analysis with a track record of strategic impact.
Extensive experience in enterprise transformation, digital strategy, and innovation.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
