• Lead process of transformation and digitization of financial processes/reports together with IT;
• Create processes and tools in relation to internal finance stakeholder management including quality of service, turn around times and quality of finance service;
• Lead continuous use and improvement in terms of Oracle ERP usage and functional system management;
• Implement & maintain the effectiveness of internal controls to achieve the objectives of effective and efficient operations, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the Management self-assessments (MSAs) of key internal controls throughout the year as scheduled with HQ
• Compile and issue reports detailing control testing conclusions and provide recommendations for improvements
• Prepare reports for Management, Audit committee & Internal controls Steering Committee with regards
• Prepare and deliver trainings to all functions within the company Demonstrate dynamic approach and will to challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for efficiency, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in the business processes, activities and controls
• Build relationships with the colleagues both locally and internationally and exchange information with them
• Report quarterly & annually on internal control through management assurance
