Preparation of all Deposit Reports and submission to SBP (Amount Wise/Gender Wise/Sector wise/Province Wise/District Wise etc.).
Preparation of Half Yearly Deposit Reports and submission to SBP (Number of Accounts/Deposit/Debit to Deposit/Deposit Products with Rates etc.).
Preparation of Branch wise report and submission to SBP (Annexure-R).
Preparation of Bank’s Quarterly Micro watch report & Submission to Pakistan Microfinance Network (PMN).
Analysis of Business Banking (Asset/Liability/Banca) Branch wise and Area wise (Target vs. Achievement) weekly basis.
Quarterly MFBs analysis and share with all Business Staff.
Monthly RO Wise, Branch Wise and Area Wise Disbursement & productivity report.
Monthly, Quarterly RO Productivity Report.
Conduct Market scan/Competitor analysis for Asset and Liability products.
Coordinate and liaison with branches & Head Office (Branchless/Finance/Credit Control Unit/Compliance) for report compilation.
Preparation of Quarterly Mobile banking plan and archiving the record.
Preparation of Market Assessment Report and archiving the record.
Stationary requirements of branches and ensure that ample quantity is available at Business Units.
RO Code generation.
Annual Leave Record- Business Banking Department.
Tempered Proof Pouches Management.
To redesign Business Banking formats.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets. Backed by VEON Co., MMBL started operations in April 2012 and launched branch-less banking operations under the brand name JAZZCASH in partnership with Pakistan's largest telecom operator JAZZ in Nov 2012.
