• Develop roadmap for customer facing digital products and services
• Lead design and development of digital products in line with roadmap
• Establish digital channels including but not limited to asset and liability apps, b2b portals, website, IVR, USSD, Cards, and sms based products and services
• Collaborate cross functionally including with the Digital Banking Committee to ensure end to end value chain coherence
• Work cross functionally towards highly personalized and contextualized customer experiences
• Ensure seamless customer journeys
• Developing high quality UI/UX, testing including customer testing protocols
• Take developed products to market for pilots and then scale
• Establish criteria for product scale, vs pivot vs shut down decisions
• Work with internal and external stakeholder professionally and collaboratively
• Achieve set targets on MAU, DAUs, # of transactions, other engagement metrics including customer pain point proactive reductions
