The ideal candidate will play a dynamic role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits (Provident Fund, EOBI) taxes, and other deductions.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal payroll tax regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate and file necessary reports related to payroll taxes and contributions.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address employee concerns related to payroll.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and exchange information.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
