We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Amazon Expert (for the morning shift, (from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM from Monday to Friday) who has at least 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon FBA seller accounts (Private Label).

Your job is to grow the revenue and profitability of the account you support to manage. You need to be data-driven, creative, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and with our team.

As an Amazon Expert, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon FBA responsibilities, including listing optimization, price modification, PPC campaign, implementation of coupons and deals, and coordination of re-ranking. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing KPIs for listing conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities:

Detail-oriented with a high attention to quality and completeness of data
Can handle Amazon Accounts and ensure smooth operations.
Manage and resolve Amazon cases (listing issues, compliance, FBA, and seller support communication)
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Track and analyze performance data to improve campaign and listing performance
Plan, create, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies for product discoverability
Track and report on key performance indicators related to account handling.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and keyword research
Experience in handling Amazon support cases and issue resolution
Proficiency in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, etc.)
Familiarity with EU Amazon marketplace operations and requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
