· To consolidate monthly, quarterly & yearly reports from the compliance officers.
· To maintain risk register of Mojaz Support Program (MSP) on a bi-annually basis.
· To cross verify pre & post disbursed checked loans of Compliance Officers.
· To make surprise visits to the branch offices for compliance assurance as and when required.
· Makes sure adherence of policies and procedures of Mojaz Support Program at branches and head office level.
· Initiates investigations when possible non-compliance takes place within the institution.
· Provide regular training for newly hired employees pertaining to policies and procedures of Mojaz Support Program and AML/CFT.
· Provides support and assistance to external/internal auditors when necessary.
· Offers advice to the Manager Compliance on compliance issues.
· Perform any task which is assigned by his line manager/CEO.
