We are looking for a dedicated Montessori Directress and Primary Home Teacher to educate students in Grades IV and V. This full-time position is located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-2, near Sadequain School, Karachi, and will begin on July 1, 2025. The ideal candidate is a female educator with at least two years of teaching experience who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs30,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Montessori and primary education tailored to the individual learning needs of students in Grades IV and V. Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans and classroom activities that encourage student development. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes effective learning. Collaborate with parents and school staff to ensure consistent communication regarding student performance and well-being. Participate in walk-in interviews and demonstrate teaching skills as part of the selection process.

Required Qualifications:
Female candidates only. A minimum of two years of relevant teaching experience in Montessori or primary education is essential. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Karachi or plan to relocate before the start date. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
