We are hiring a skilled and motivated CNC Camless Spring Forming Machine Operator to join our wire products division. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain an advanced CNC camless wire forming machine used for making precision wire products.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC camless spring forming machine
Program and adjust multi-axis operations (8–12 axes typical)
Load wire, monitor production, and perform quality checks
Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
Collaborate with design and QC teams for new product development
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or CNC Machining (DAE preferred)
1–3 years experience with CNC wire forming, bending, or spring-making machines (camless experience is a plus)
Familiar with wire diameters between 0.5 mm – 1.5 mm
Basic knowledge of machine programming, tool changes, and safety protocols
Willingness to learn from OEM-supplied training manuals or remote trainer.
- Prior experience with lathe, EDM, laser, or bending machines will be valued.
