Supervise maintenance staff of the building and/or hired from outside
Make sure that each floor is neat and tidy. All electrical appliances are in order
Skillfully handle all nuisance created by tenants, guests or visitors
Smartly manage parking outside the building
Collect maintenance fee from the residents, deposit in designated bank account and report to direct manager
Manage all legal requirements, visits to relevant Government departments and/or private companies wherever and whenever is necessary
Keep track of work done by creating & managing MS Office reports, e-filing and/or physical filing
