Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
Coordination with Security Department for ensuring Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled
Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material
Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clients
Imparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff
Coordination with Admin Department for ensuring Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits
Attendance & punctuality of staff
Timely departure of couriers for deliveries
