Resolve disputes of shop boards publicity taxes and weight scales verification/ stampings.

Resolve branding taxes issues of vehicle branding.
Liaison with government departments i.e. DMC’s, Cantonment board, DHA Authorities, TCP, and all other local authorities.
Processing and renewal of Trade Licenses of Express Centers.
Processing and payment of utility bills within due dates.
Preparation and updating of Purchase Requisition Log systematically for tracking of PR’s.
Coordination with store team for distribution of purchased items within the network.
Receiving, verification, and submission of all purchase invoices.
Keeping physical records (copies) of all submitted invoices and challans in files in a trackable manner.
Responding to queries pertaining to branches and express centers from the network.
Execute and perform time-to-time assigned tasks from senior management.
