- Ensure delivery attempts of the material received on same date (i.e. Domestic & Express) in entire location.
- Ensure forwarding of the overnight material (Domestic & Express) in entire location.
- Ensure compliance of all Operational KPIs & TATs in entire location.
- Ensure Compliance of Internal Audit observations in entire location.
- Ensure Data recording through system (e.g. CN Recording, Arrival Scans, Manifesting, Bagging/Debagging/MODS, PODS, Run Sheets etc) in entire location.
- Smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of branch and Increase the business & revenue of the Branch.
- Submits cash sale within the specified time
