We are looking for professional candidates to work for our UK Based Company.
Timing will be from 2pm till 10pm Mon-Fri. The candidate should have excellent Command on Speaking English. Its a full time permanent job.
Foreign nationals will be preferred. Also candidate having foreign degrees and having UK exposure will be preferred.
Receive inbound calls and resolve customer conflicts
Debt chase up calls to our existing customer
Maintain customer accounts and resolve their issues
Make leads and get the payments
Email reply and making reports of the progress
Assist with the customer care and billing
