We are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact at our Head Office in DHA. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
