We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an AutoCAD Operator, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. Your primary duties will include translating sketches, specifications, and ideas into accurate and detailed drawings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drafting techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and other input material to produce accurate drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements.
- Make necessary adjustments to drawings as directed by project managers or engineers.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all drawings and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and quantity estimates.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD techniques and software updates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Diploma or certification in drafting, CAD technology, or related field.
- Previous experience as an AutoCAD Operator or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction and engineering principles is a plus.
