We are seeking to fill in the position of Head of Administration. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage building repair, maintenance and security.
- Liaison with police, immigration, customs, and other government bodies such as EOBI and FBR for relevant tasks.
- Manage vendors contracts for stationary, 3rd party contractual janitorial staff along with office pantry and contracted caterers.
- Oversee inspection and insurance of Company vehicles as well as their taxation.
- Monitor and manage Leave management system of Staff.
- Cost control and maintain MIS of office utilities pan Pakistan.
- Manage record maintenance at Port Qasim office as well as Karachi Office.
- Responsible for arrangements of business travel requirements of Staff.
