REQUIREMENTS:
- Financial accounting and maintaining Financial Statements of the Company as per IFRS in Accounting Software
- Dealing with Commercial Banks, SECP, Auditors, Tax & Legal consultants, Audit Committee and regulators
- Facilitating external auditors for audit of Financial Statements under Financial Reporting Standards
- Maintaining compliance with Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR) as required under US GAAP
- Following exemption applications for company and PF under section 148, 150, 151, 154A, 235, 236
- Follow clearance of shipments of IT and Office equipment received from China and U.S.
- Reviewing and processing closings at the quarter and year end
- Reviewing bank reconciliation statements of local and foreign currency bank accounts
- Processing Payroll of employees after proper tax calculations
- Preparing monthly/annual budget Cash flow projections and forecasting of Financial Position of the company
- Managing company secretarial issues, board meetings, minutes of meetings according to Companies Act 2017
- Review of fillings of monthly Income Tax statements and annual returns
- Managing employees provident fund trust financial statements and investment decisions
- Reviewing execution of contracts, procurement process and documents for processing financial transactions, including Local and Foreign remittances after proper tax calculations
