Responsibilities:

  • Check all type of bills including ACH & Checks.
  • Check Identification of GL.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Office in USA daily basis as main point of contact.
  • Participating in Acquisition and store closure project.
  • Ensure to Download all Bills from Portal and Share-point.  
  • Ensure to Move Bills from Share-point & ACPC.  
  • Ensure to Create vendor logins/ Credential Setup.  
  • Ensure to check the expenses on regular basis and make sure they recorded in right account.
  • Vendor Management & Price Negotiation (If needed).
  • Ensure to Maintaining W9 in Quick Books & Share-point.  
  • Ensure to Maintain Vendor list & Utility Sheet.  
  • Analyze and tracking bills.
  • Identification & Reconciliation Bank Open Items. 
  • Adhoc Accounting Projects.
  • Renewal of Business licenses

Requirement:

  • Minimum Experience of 3 years of accounting (US GAAP).
  • Minimum education must be graduate.
  • USA based clients experience is preferable.
  • QuickBooks experience is required.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team building and Participation.
  • Time management skills.
