Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing & preparing the work plan and budget of the Engineering and business department.
- Leading the execution of the planning, supervising and planning all the activities and components in the project plan framework: schedule control, budget & resource control and risk management and control.
- Guiding, supporting and professional advice to the project managers in the management aspects.
- Constitute a link between the division and the departments of finance, planning and control.
- Responsible for maintaining the control processes for periodic follow-up after the project plans and work programs.
- Taking part in the indices and target development in all the activities in the company.
- Leading the management of information and controlling the documentation in the department.
