Finance Intern

To strengthen MA Pakistan Finance department and provide incumbent with on-the-job training in daily financial matters including compliance, communication and work ethics. The Finance Internee will be responsible to support in execution of finance functions in Muslim Aid Pakistan within legal frameworks at country office level and as per guidance & instructions from Finance Manager. S/he will be required to perform the regular and day to day finance tasks at country office.

Main Responsibilities

Initial review of bank & cash payments.
Archiving of financial data
Filing and arrangement of vouchers
Preparing cheques and funds transfer advices.
Maintain and store all the records in line with MAP document management.
Support finance team for the effective Finance data management system
Understanding organizational policies & procedures and ensure compliance during initial review of payment documents.
Support finance team in filing of financial record.

Duration of contract: One Month
