Maintain all Financial Records

Vouchers (Cash, Bank, General)
Bills (all types of Bills including Vendors, Contractors, Utility etc)
Contracts of Vendors/Contractors
Bank Documents (Cheque books, Stamps, Bank Statements etc)
Vendor/Contractor Profile and Files
Project Files and Records

Book Keeping

Maintain all kind of ledgers including (Cash, Bank, Vendors, Contractors, Assets, Personal etc)
Maintain all kind of supporting documents for every transaction.

Financial Statements

Prepare trail balance
Prepare complete set of Financial Statements

Reconciliation

Cash Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Vendor/Contractor Reconciliation
Receivable Reconciliation

Internal Control

Maintain all records as per predefined policies
Prepare timely Reports for higher management

Other Tasks

Prepare invoices along with supporting Documents
Perform Payroll Function
Coordination and Relationship Management with banks
Cash Management & Handling
Perform all Bank related functions
Tax functions
Bills Verification
Compliance with company policies
