Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders & shipping.
Assist with order fulfillment, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling supplier communications.
Support the development and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve traffic and online visibility.
Collaborate with other team members to create and update content, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about e-commerce operations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Some experience in e-commerce or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service.
