We are seeking a skilled Mercerizing Machine Operator join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Mercerizing machine, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure efficiency and quality

Gender: Male

Age: 20 or plus

Experience: 1-2 years of experience specially in Mercerizing Machinery

Responsibilities:

Operate a Mercerizing machine in order to treat textile fibers
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the machine
Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and efficiency

Qualification:

Matric or intermediate
Experience operating a Mercerizing machine
Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes
Basic mechanical knowledge
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to lift heavy equipment

Physical requirements:

Standing for long periods of time
Lifting heavy equipment
Working in a noisy environment
