We are looking for a Remote operation assistant for our chain of restaurants based in Canada.

The operations assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the Manager and fulfilling the Manager's duties in their absence.
He/She should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, write and forward and emails as required, prepare and file relevant documents and ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
To be successful as an operations assistant, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and juggle multiple tasks.
In addition, top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Acting as second-in-command to the Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
Assisting the Manager with operational issues and ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with restaurant managers, supervisors and trainers.
Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
Preparing and updating logs, forms and other documents if required.
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Ability to think fast work-related problems and come up with immediate solutions
Strong written and communication, organization, interpersonal & Reporting skills
Ability to remain composed even under the strictest of conditions
Outgoing and Candid Personality
