What you will do
- Maintain your own acquisition pipeline by finding suitable properties for MyGhar
- Negotiate with listing agents to pursue acquisitions and achieve our volume targets Ensure deal management is compliant with all applicable laws.
- Convince landlords to partner with MyGhar
- Act as an on-the-ground resource to our onboarding teams by visiting properties you have under agreement.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
- High degree of integrity and work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Track record of successfully closing real estate deals
- In depth knowledge of Karachi's Real Estate
- Must have your own bike
