We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gate Admin Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, customer service, and employee management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the checking and inspection of incoming and outgoing materials and goods
Ensure that all relevant documents and permits are in order
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Manage the loading and unloading of goods and materials
Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or problems
Prepare reports on the movement of goods and materials

Requirements:

Having Intermediate in any discipline with required experience more than 2-3 years in Gate Control Management in any reputed textile firm.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a manufacturing setting
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
