We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for up to 500-1000 employees using Excel and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for up to 1000 employees
Process payroll data accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
Maintain labor overtime management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR payroll processing
Expertise in Excel and Oracle systems for payroll processing
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of textile sector
