Internal Auditor (Purchase & Sale Opns) is responsible for the timely execution of internal audits (Purchase & Sales) in accordance with the Daily, Monthly & Annual Audit plan.

Establish risk-based purchase plan audit programs.
Review the suitability of internal control design and suggest improvements with a roll out plan..
Conduct audit testing of purchase operation and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process of Procurement.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
Daily audit of purchase reordering with SKU's of every product of every vendor.
Daily Audit of Purchase orders and verification of daily schedule of payment and verification of post dated cheques that issues to vendors.
Monthly Audit of all Vendor Reconciliations and Purchase Incentives w-r-t to Sales Targets.

Skills Required

Excellent skills on Internal Audit, Internal Controls.
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
ERP Systems knowledge and familiarity.
