Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
Document recording and data entry into system
Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Marks items with identifying information.
Controls distribution of stock items in order to fill the requirements of the CoPc sites.
Prepares items for shipment/delivery as required.
Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
Completes requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.
Utilizes material handling equipment as used in warehouse.
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
Communicate any order changes to procurement department.
Maintain accurate inventory count, perform ‘end of day’ inventory count and submit reports to Manager Warehouse and Management.
Maintain and update inventory management software on daily basis.
Assist Manager Warehouse with delivery.
Oversee truck loading operations to ensure all polices and procedures are followed accordingly.
Officer Warehouse will be reportable to Manager Warehouse.
Take on any other tasks identified by Manager Warehouse that may be necessary to ensure proper and timely management of warehousing function
