We are in quest of suitable candidates for the position of HR Assistant.
- That includes the overall management and development of all aspects of HR and Talent Management for the company.
- We need someone who has experience in a previous HR position in managing over-all
HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Handles recruitment process and hiring of new applicants.
- Support human resources process by administrating tests, scheduling an appointment, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Welcome new applicants to the organization by providing orientation.
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Maintain employee's information by maintaining their records.
- Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Maintains employee's confidence and protects information by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Maintains quality services by following organization standards.
