  • Communication with customers through various channels.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Convincing calls to the clients using a given phone directory to sell our Services.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote our services.
  • Explains Naqsha Model and our services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Experience: Min 4 years experience in telemarketing
