Sr. Manager Finance

1) Financial Management: Planning, implementing, and overseeing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Developing financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing guidance to senior leadership on financial decisions.

2) Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

3) Tax Management: Ensuring the organization complies with all tax laws and regulations, filing accurate and timely returns. Preparing and coordinating tax audits, providing necessary documentation and information and maintaining up-to-date records for Tax purposes, developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

While maintaining compliance with laws and staying updated on changes or amendments in tax laws and regulations. Generating accurate and timely tax reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4) Cash Management: Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, including managing banking relationships, cash forecasting, and liquidity management. Implementing and maintaining effective treasury management practices.

5) Risk Management: identifying and evaluating financial risks and implementing controls to mitigate them. Developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.

6)Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets, and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. And mitigate the risk of fraud and errors.
