1. Coordinate with Production department for frequent supply flow. 2. Monitor Product Managers to refill inventory as per requirement. 3. Finalize Sales, Attendance sheet, Sale Target, Salaries & Incentive targets. 4. Reconcile Courier monthly statements. 5. Check & Maintain Credit Card Slip. 6. Conducted client presentations and finalized client contracts with all costs and margin adders. 7. Collaborated with IT department and Operations to formulate the best communication program for executives to meet customer facing needs. 8. Conceived and assisted in developing executive incentive programs 9. Assisted with accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and timely payment. 10. Managed daily sales, payment, and fulfillment on storefront.
