- Responsible to maintain and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation of production line / equipment that includes working on PLC’s, Drives, sensor, Controller, MCCs and motors.
- Maintain high standard of janitorial services in the Electrical workshop, substations and electrical panels as per GMPs and food safety standards.
- Able to perfrom trouble shooting in PLC software and HMI and desgin modify basic level program for any improvement and mitigate breakdown.
- Ability to work on ACBs, VCB, change overs between national grid and generators, able to perform maintenance of power factor improvement panels.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting down to component levels to extend the life of obsolete equipment and conserve funds.
- Responsible to deliver electrical and elenct
- Responsible to manage the inventory of critical spares
- Able to work in ERP (SAP) system to check the notifications and make orders / reservation.
- Able to understand and generate electrical drawings, P&IDs and SLDs.
- Maintain electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, alarm and SCADA systems, programmable controls, and related equipment.
- Tools performance checking (Pliers, AVO Meter, etc) on monthly basis
- Extracts relevant data from files or other sources for electronic data storage and computer processing.
