National Incubation Center Faisalabad is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Finance and Compliance Manager. This is a full-time position and the incumbent will report to the Director or to any senior management as assigned. Finance and Compliance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial functions including but limited to account books management, payments and banking, budgeting, payroll, contract management, working Collaboratory with other program team members to ensure financial compliance, financial forecasting, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders as per organizational and donor policies and procedures.

The National Incubation Centres funded by the Ignite National Technology Fund, and the Ministry of IT & Telecom are rekindling the spark of innovation throughout the nation. In just a few short years, the impact and success of the NICs have shown how nurturing creativity and innovation can yield massive dividends.

The National Incubation Center, Faisalabad is Pakistan’s first Agri-Tech and Text-Tech incubator, supporting the growth of the startup ecosystem. It is managed by Fauji Fertilizer Ltd in partnership with Change Mechanics and CyberVision International in collaboration with Founder Institute and GroundUp. NIC Faisalabad established at South Asia’s oldest agriculture university, the renowned University of Agriculture Faisalabad will cultivate a strong resource pool to support the innovators and startups of NIC Faisalabad.
