As a mechanical engineer, you'll be pivotal in crafting detailed designs and fabrication processes, guided by senior team members. You'll conduct crucial FEA and CFD analyses to validate designs and enhance performance. Additionally, you'll oversee quality assessments and engineering drawings throughout fabrication. Your independent research and coordination with interdisciplinary teams will drive project efficiency and innovation
Mandatory Qualification/ Requirements:
1. BE Mechanical Engineering (CGPA 3.0+)
2. Proficiency in theoretical & practical concepts of mechanical engineering: Material Science, Solid & Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics, Mechanical Vibrations and Heat & Mass Transfer.
3. Hand-on experience with Mechanical CAD and CAE tools (i.e. Solidworks or NX and Ansys or Comsol Multiphysics.
4. Understanding of manufacturing processes for metal and composite materials
5. Experienced with mechanical CAD modeling, drafting, Structural and CFD analysis.
6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed designs of mechanical systems and devise fabrication processes in coordination with senior team members as per the project requirements
2. Conduct FEA and CFD analysis for assessment and validation of designs
3. Develop engineering drawings and carry out quality assessment tasks throughout the fabrication process
4. Carryout independent research & literature review as per project requirements
5. Coordinate mechanical design & manufacturing related activities with the interdisciplinary project teams
