Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience with both front-end (CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript/JSON, HTML5, Angular/React) and back-end languages (Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Go or Node.js)
- Expert level ability to write simple, clear, fluid, consistent and responsive user interfaces across various form factors ranging from web to mobile to IoT.
- Understanding of entire web development process with clear understanding of REST APIs, usage of push notifications, maintaining code organization, quality and integrity.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL/document database technology, building systems around messaging, RESTful APIs and cryptographic computation.
- Understanding and implementation of data protection and security apparatus.
- Troubleshoot/debug apps, fix bugs and improve usability, quality, speed & performance.
- Write comprehensive user manuals, guides, and technical documents

- Time management and analytical skills
- Ability to perform several tasks at the same time
- Ability to translate requirements into a finished project
- Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal development teams
- Problem-solving ability
Nice to Have:
- Exposure deploying the system to production servers, maintaining the system, backup and recovery, creating/maintaining application development and production environments (collectively called as dev-ops)
- Conceptualizing the system to be built, creating concise requirements from client or market analysis
- Attitude towards planning the deliveries, sprints/iterations, and estimating the resources required, prioritizing tasks according to requirements
- Knowledge of UX by applying best design patterns & practices
- Understanding of SEO/SEM standards, Analytics/KPI Metrics
