The international agency provides BPO services to the clients in Debt Recovery and Collection, Financial, Healthcare, Insurance, Public Sector, Telecommunication, Utility, Consumer and Commercial debt portfolios.
Our Islamabad Branch is searching for motivated candidates with highly polished communication and interpersonal skills, looking to earn a basic competitive salary of up to PKR 60,000 along with commission incentives. Extensive training to improve linguistics and subject knowledge will be provided
To qualify for this position and package, the candidate should;
- Be fluent in English,
- Be willing to multi-task and work night shift,
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in Debt Recovery or similar target based jobs
- Be energetic, proactive and an avid problem solver,
- Possess excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills,
- Should be target-oriented, hardworking and persistent.

Q 2. If a person takes a loan from you, how will you retract the amount after the promised time-lapses?
- Contact them to remind them and urge them to return the amount
- Contact them and threaten them to return the amount
- Send someone else to remind them about the loan
Q 3. What will you do if the customer abuses you on the phone?
- Involve my manager
- Abuse and threaten the person
- Remain calm and remind the customer that you’re in fact meditating and trying to help them
