Head of Production / Quality

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production/Quality to oversee and manage our textile production processes while ensuring the highest quality standards. As the leader of the production and quality team, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational efficiency and maintain product excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize production operations, ensuring timely delivery of textile products.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes.
Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to drive innovation and maintain compliance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in textile production and quality management, preferably in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and textile industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
Proficient in using production management software and tools.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
