Position Overview:
We are hiring an Upwork Bidder for the night shift (9 pm to 3 am) with a fixed monthly salary of 25,000 and additional commission. The role involves securing new projects and clients on Upwork.
Responsibilities:
Proposal Creation:
Prepare tailored proposals for clients on Upwork.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to understand project needs.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on freelancing market trends and competitors.
Negotiation and Closure:
Negotiate terms and secure profitable deals.
Reporting:
Maintain records of client interactions and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Upwork Bidding experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Working Hours:
Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM (local time)
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: 25,000
Additional Commission based on successful project acquisitions
