The mission is to change the freelancing sector using disrupting technologies such as blockchain.

We are now launching our campaigns and have an urgent requirement for a versatile Community Manager with a good knowledge of the freelancing sector and a passion for Cryptocurrencies.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Community Manager will include:

· Create and manage our content on our Social Account

· Answer questions coming from Telegram channels, and inside our Facebook Group

· Development of our brand awareness and online reputation

· Distribute our content on all channels including forums etc.

· Keep track of work using project management systems

· Attend scheduled daily calls with team

· Measure results on a daily basis

· Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts

Required Education & Experience:

· 2+ Years of social media experience

· Experience working for another for the similar role

· Proficient in content marketing theory and application

· Demonstrate winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution

· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice

· Proven record of getting results in the campaigns that you have personally managed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

· Have excellent communications skills.

· Ability to maintain a high work output in a fast moving company.

· Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense, and excellent marketing skills

· Ability to work within our cross-functional remote team environments.
