Accurately recording of Sale and Purchase (Both Local and Imports) data and related ledgers/register and its reporting on time

Responsible of accurately maintaining recording and maintaining of total inventory (i-e raw material, finished good and work in process material) on time

Monthly Bank Reconciliation Report
Monthly Sales tax Return report and filing
Responsible of ensuring timely reordering/replenishment of Raw Materials.
Ensure timely filing of WHT, Income Tax and Sales Tax Return
Responsible of ensuring recordkeeping of all purchasing, inventory, sales and accounting related documents.
Record data to enable company to fulfill its tax liabilities with respect to Sales Tax, Income Tax, WHT, Customs and other tax
Management and Recording of Petty cash
Liaison with Bank, Tax Consultant, Software Consultant and other contractors to ensure smooth running of financial and supply chain operations.
Responsible of maintaining accurate data in Tally ERP
Responsible of Cash Management, Reporting and Security
All other responsibilities assigned by manager.

Daily Finished Good Inventory
Daily Raw Material Inventory status
