Oversees and manages overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
Coordinate with suppliers/customers and transport agents/vendors to ensure goods are received in the correct quantity and in good condition.
Review freight expense reporting and vendor shipping patterns to identify opportunities to reduce freight expenses.
Collaborate with sales team regarding shipment challenges for high priority orders and create an action plan to resolve issues on priority shipments.
Monitoring and controlling pricing and conduct on-going pricing checks.
Preparing and execute plans for the purchase raw material in order to maintain minimum stock quantity.
Responsible for maintaining the record of material receipts, issuance and stock.
To generate PRs (Purchase Requisitions), prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes), DNs (Delivery Note) and posting the record in the system.
Responsible for all kind of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintain the record.
Examine the levels of inventory to determine the shortages and raise the demands to maintain the stock levels as per requirements.
Prepare and share Slow Moving Stock report
Receives store deliveries, maintain and update the records and report the variances (if any)
