- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels for all items based on consumption trends
- Controlling and verifying SOPs for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with proper paperwork
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Maintains & update Stock reports on daily basis and reporting to Head office on monthly basis or Whenever required by the Management.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
