We are seeking independent, young, positive and energetic result oriented Manager Sales to fill our dynamic position based in Islamabad to promoteworld renowned networking solutions brand ZYXEL. 

Headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, ZYXEL maintains branch offices in North America, Europe and Asia. It has around 1,500 employees globally, with distributors in more than 70 countries, 35 branch offices worldwide, and products marketed in over 150 countries on five continents. ZYXEL works with worldwide network equipment vendors, telecommunications companies, ISPs, and other small and medium-sized businesses.

We offer market based salary plus good commission on sales. Package includes Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Fuel and Cell phone allowance etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales management of SMB and Enterprise sectors for Complete range of ZYXEL networking products portfolio and System Solutions business in Pakistan.
  • Identifying, developing and maintaining the relationships with Corporate, Enterprise Sector Accounts, Service Integrators (SIs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Responsible foe effective sales to grow the coverage of our products for Small-Medium Business (SMB) and Enterprise in new Channel.
  • Manage and execute the growth strategy in Pakistan for SMB and Enterprise segment.
  • To meet or over-achieve both the revenue and profit target in Pakistan.
  • Building and developing the SMB and Enterprise Reseller network.
  • To partner with third party vendors, alliance partners ans ISPs to grow business in Pakistan.

Requirements:

  • Around two-four years experience with IT and Networking equipment, solution sales in channel and SMB and enterprise sectors.
  • Good Knowledge of different SMB Networking solutions and how they work together.
  • Experience in developing and managing direct distributors and multiple indirect channel partners (Resellers, Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators and ISPs)
  • Good Knowledge of business management of various channel types (SOHO, SMB, ISps and Government) with strong expertise in managing resellers.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and business objectives with strong financial management.
  • Excellent understanding of accelerating sales development in a highly competitive and fast changing marketplace.
  • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution. CCNA or equivalent will be considered as a plus point.
