MEAN Stack developer who is ready to work in a team and individual setting with an ability to take full technical ownership of his work. Software Engineers must have a working knowledge of the business area that they support. They need a solid understanding of the client’s existing business processes, the key drivers and measures of success, and the short- and long-term direction of their business and technology.

In addition, a strong understanding of the customer’s overall IT architecture is also required in order to understand the issues and implications of proposed system and hardware solutions.

Software Engineers must be innovative in identifying, proposing, prototyping, documenting, and overseeing the execution of NextByte solutions.

They require strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

They must be able to build collaborative relationships and negotiate requirements across multiple groups.
