Nextscrum is looking for a talented individual for the Managerial role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  3. Develop compensation and benefits plans.
  4. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  5. Maintain good relations with the employees and develop an environment of trust.
  6. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Should be able to organize and lead events.
  8. Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  9. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
  10. Managing performance reviews.
  11. Motivating and supporting current staff.
  12. Manage and Improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth,
  13. Manage and Improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness.
  14. Strengthen relations between Employee and Management.
  15. Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management (including payroll and FLOWHCM).
  3. Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  4. Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  5. Strategic, innovative and thinking outside of the box
  6. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  7. University degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or other related major.
  8. BS/BSc degree in HR or relevant certifications are a plus.
  9. Have at least 3 years working experiences in HR department.
  10. Fluent in English and Urdu.
  11. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  12. People & Data oriented and result driven, good communication and presentation skills.
  13. Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills.
